She then moved into operations with ICICI Bank, where she developed process-driven and compliance-focused expertise. Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit, she went on to build and manage her own ventures, including eSuperBazzar and serving as a super stockist for a reputed bakery chain.
Today, Lavanya brings her passion for identifying the right talent to Falcon’s hospitality division, where she is committed to sourcing and delivering candidates who meet and exceed UAE hospitality standards, ensuring quality, reliability, and long-term success for clients.
